What types of surveillance cameras does Jeico Security Inc. sell?
Jeico Security Inc. sells B/W, Color, Day & Night, Zoom cameras in Board, Box, Bullet, Dome, and Vandal Dome housings. Jeico Security Inc. also sells a DVR system and Monitors as well as accessaories including brackets. We also have PTZ(Pan/Tilt/Zoom) cameras in two different formats; High Speed and Mini. Our product line will expand as the market demands new types of cameras. Please come back to our website for an update of new products.

How do I send a purchase order to Jeico Security Inc.?
We accept a purchase order usually through emails or faxes.

Once you send a purchase order, one of the regional representatives will assist you with the ordering process. Usually when a purchase order is received, we check the price and send Proforma Invoice for your reference of price and quantity.
What is the lead time of each order?
There are various factors that can change the completion date of your order.
The first factor is that it depends on how many orders are currently being manufactured and assembled. The previously accepted orders have to get done to put a new order in production.
The second factor is the qunatities of ordered products. A large volume order on a single product will be manufactured faster than a multi-product order. It is because a multi-product order tends to decrease the efficiency of our product line. Also the materials such as PCB boards cannot be ordered to only meet your demand.
The thrid factor is the payment method. If money is wire-transferred as shown in the invoice, it is easier to buy necessary parts for your order unless they are back-ordered by our supplier.
The average lead time of each order is about 3 weeks from the date of the proforma invoice.
What are the terms of warranty?
As this is an important matter, please read carefully for your reference.
Jeico Security Inc.'s warranty covers new products for 2 years from the date of the first use.
It covers any hardware/software malfunctions and defects within the granted period.
Jeico Security Inc.'s warranty does not cover damages occured from abuse, accidents, improper installation, and any unknown instances.
When you have products with malfunctions or defects, please let our representatives be aware of such issues as soon as possible. If there is an easy solution to the problem, we will notify you with a step-by-step detailed instruction to correct the problem.
If products need to come back to Jeico Security Inc.'s HQ for the fix, we will pay for the shipping costs on both ways and the after-service is free of charge within the warranty period.
Please remind that the returning products must come completely assembled.
If products, which needs to be fixed, are out of the warranty period, the buyer has to pay for shipping costs on both ways and there will be service charge if any major parts have to be replaced.
